Context
ERP used by property administrators in Argentina (ConsorcioAbierto) and Colombia (Properix). Critical financial processes: expenses, funds, bank reconciliations, and regulatory reports — thousands of daily operations.
Problem
Two markets with different tax rules on legacy PHP codebase (Laravel + Symfony). Work in parallel with my main role at Extendeal — scoped PRs and careful releases on financial modules.
Solution
Per-market features with config-driven rules in backend and market context in Vue 3. TDD and SOLID on sensitive modules. Docker/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and infrastructure as code (CDK/Terraform). Reinforced code review on finance.
